Water Polo




Carlisle Water Polo have a large number of members who play Water Polo at many different levels.
Boys and Girls from Age 8 upwards take part in training & Competitions across the length & breadth of the UK.
Junior squads (mixed) compete in both friendlies and competition at many different age levels. While our Seniors squad compete in national league for both men & women.

Water Polo Training Sessions

All sessions take place in the 25m pool at The Pools, James Street.

ASA Advanced Coaching for Water Polo

Eight coaches from around England have been selected to take part in the ASA Advanced Coaching Offer for Water Polo (ACO).  
Congratulations to Andy Little from Carlisle Water Polo who has been chosen to attend. We will no doubt all benefit from the new coaching skills Andy picks up.
